Introduce the ALR Jordan Entry Si from Germany

To fully enjoy the experience of music, there are many qualities that a speaker should possess including amongst many others, tonality. This quality determines the realism and texture of the vocals and instruments sound. We have always been on a lookout for good speakers to bring in with exceptional tonality. We chanced upon an impressive review from a popular Taiwan magazine which rated the ALR Jordan Entry Si highly on such quality. This was surprising given that bookshelf speakers at this price range normally do not garner such good critique. We knew it was a gem.

When we digged deeper, we found out that this pair of speakers is very hot in Japan and Hong Kong as well. There must be something about these bookshelves that get such rave response in these countries. We decided to bring them in to try them for ourselves.

The package arrived very nicely wrapped up, but were we surprised when we saw that the speakers were so small and light! You could literally grab them one on each palm and make a quick getaway in 3 seconds flat. However, we were really flattened when we heard how great they were out of the box.

Their superb tonality, dynamism and ability to throw out the BIG sound really kept us in awe. The instruments' timbre was really breathtaking. The mid-range sang beautifully. The bass did not colour the sonic presentation and gave a very natural bloom. Some of the Cds we played through these “little jewel”:









Very versatile and suitable for small to medium sized rooms. Come listen for yourself on why they are such a hit (Selling like hot cake in Japan & Taiwan) and why they are flying off our shelves (not that literally this time :-) ). At a introductory price of RM1,750, they may not be light on your wallet, but they will make you light enough to float off the ground after hearing them.
