Samsung Malaysia Electronics today launched its QLED TVs at the Mid Valley Megamall in Kuala Lumpur. The QLED TV is said to be the first in the world capable of reproducing 100% colour volume.
Using an advanced metal alloy of Quantum dot material, the QLED TVs offer deeper blacks and richer detail. Samsung claims that the picture quality is maintained no matter which angle you are viewing the TV screen from.
Knowing that design is equally important to consumers, Samsung has made the QLED easy to manage with a sleek and thin design which can be wall-mounted (flush against the wall), placed on a Gravity Stand (where the TV can be rotated easily and allows for optimal viewing from any angle), and mounted on a Studio Stand, which looks like an easel.
Best of all, Samsung has gotten rid of the messy cables problem by having a One Connect Box, with only one nearly-invisible optical cable connecting it to the TV. Additionally, the QLED uses the One Remote Control to rule them all, so you can get rid of all the other remotes!
The QLED TVs are available at all Samsung Brand Shops and authorised dealers and prices start at RM12,999 (inclusive of 6% GST).
In conjunction with the launch, Samsung is partnering with video on demand service iflix to offer 12 months of complimentary subscription with any purchase of a 2017 Samsung Smart TV. This offer is valid until June 30.
Those wanting to check out the QLED TVs and take advantage of the promotions can head over to Mid Valley Megamall, Centre Court, where the roadshow is on until May 21.
