Sansui AU999 and TU999
Bought new by my father year 1970. One owner. Please read carefully before you bid or buy.

TU999 Good. Original blue color protect tape still there.All lights turn on beautifully. Minimum noticeable scratches. Still making an eyeball statement in your living room.

AU999 Please read till finish. Unit was sitting in storeroom 20+years. Integrated amplifier's power amp section pcb and heatsink was corroded beyond repair. Aluminium heatsink became oxidised white powder. The pre-amp section and the rest of the parts were perfectly beautiful preserved and restored, performing good. An amp guru has retrofitted a David Hafler / Dynaco designed circuit mosfet 55 Watts AB power amp pcb and large heatsink in liew of original. It matches original preamp section well. Sounds warm. Of course, sound is individually subjective. Unit still looks very presentable original. Minimum noticeable scratches. Protective blue tape still there. Verdict, sounded close to original AU999 signature, "believed" (vs last audition 1985 was based on memory).
Reason : Redundant equipments, Age 60+ Already disposed numbers of vintage sansui.
