PHILIPS CD 473 CD PLAYER the AUDIOPHILE PLAYER from the middle to later 80'S that critics raved about - behind the legendary THE PHILIPS CD 960 and MARANTZ CD 94

it was the affordable of those options at the time, as the PHILPS CD960 AND MARANTZ CD94 were around £850 and this were around £275 [was lot $$ back then]
fed "HER" with a varity of DISCS and she sounds MAJESTIC as
it comes with a "rare' diamond version of TDA1541. [As lukas has commented]
Argued that the earlier version has actually more raw analog characteristics than with A/R1 later version.
- Too good for experienced DIYer to fully making use their ideology and new approach[lot of space inside] to go head to head with any other world class player

THE CONDITION REALLY IS GOOD AND WON'T DISSAPOINT A COLLECTOR

THE front fascia is CLEAN with no deep SCRATCHES or LOSS of LETTERING
