I used KonicaMinolta Dynax 7D DSLR, which is very outdated now. Lighting is more important. Use at least two light source, flash, spot light, soft light, table lamp, window light, whichever available. I used combination of flash and window light here.

Avoid direct flash which tends make picture harsh and flat. Always use bounce flash or reflector.

Use normal lens or zoomed between 35-50mm focal length for more natural perspective.

Lastly, experiment more will lead to desirable results.
