Does this come with full packaging and in mint condition? If both conditions are not fulfilled, then the condition rating should be 8.5/10
or lower.

Thanks all for your comment, specially for those know how to appreciate its truth value.

This is the real original SQ38 which made Luxman famous, it retained its original design and make it even better before its last production. Maybe Newbie should do some research and compare the more expensive SQ-38 Signature edition for its low/cut cost design and using EL34 for just a line stage integrated..
