Price updates.
Cosmetic tip top ,both were made somewhere of last batch .Price revised to RM2999 combo. Free Naca5 spk wire 1m pair.The listening shown shorter the wire,lesser reactance therefore good sound,i had tried 4M but the sounds isnt really satisfying and the best sounds achieved 1m or lesser,do take note that speakers will be very closed to the combo.

visitor will be demo and introduced to these combo.It will be driving a pair of Mission 760 spk ,so visitors just need to bring more CDs.

sometime the "boom"very loud happens everytime it is been switched on.
after second later,the sound back to normal as if nothing was happen.
some potential buyer who had visited me noticed the loud pop sound followed the bass driver was slowly sucked in and returns to its home position.I have to make it clear that i will not responsible as the combo may damage your speakers. As long as use it on cheap speakers that is probably fine.

I dont see any real problem here,because the factory also said like this:
Naim recommend all equipment have to left switch on most of the time.

buddy,dont feel to worry, the loud "Pop" may scare your lovely pussy everytime switch ON, not bad enough to cost any damage to spks however pls do not connect to very expensive high sensitivity drivers, it may damage the HF units.Dont blame me for not warning enough you guys.

Hence i consider it a still good working neit combo.Ya, wearing a big name,proud of its reputation,MaY B simple to fix it yourself. go DIY store for indepth solutions. Or send back to naim factory for a full diagnose.

Wow the time has come for malaysian to listen to Naim again.In this nutshell here hides a big ambitions, and goes to "pop" too but in your speakers.

I think the defects are related to dried joint in your snac cable which i experiensed years ago.

Fix it and it is still worth RM3000. Think it twice!
it is a simple fix,use Craig lube to clean and wet the pins,simple and fast.

Next time pls dont write something like, it is a very good CD player & the laser itself is very lasting,harly to fail because it is built to last,anyhow cant find any replacement from the marketplace.Even the idiots wouldnot bite the bait,nevertheless the smart eve and adam ,they wont bite oranges!

you mentioned best Naca5 spks cable length for these setup is 1m length, but according to naim userbooklet,the minimum length required for optimum performance and reliability is 3.5meter and above.
My advisor from the Naim itself mentioned that it should not shorter than 3m and not above 15m in length,to play safe i stick mine somewhere near 4m~7m region.

If you hear best result with shorter length it may be that your speakers is not a naim compliance,yes some speakers match well with shorter length of Naca5 but you have to look at reliablity side because Naim poweramp do not come with speaker protection circuit[bypass] if anythings wrong,with longer length,due to the higher impedances seen in the load normally the fuse will blown first.All has been calculated precisely in the factory altering of these parameters may put your amp in great danger of permanent damage not only to your stereo system but may tripping the house circuit breakers imagine if it happen during night,the supply tripping could have troubled to someone who is still doing in a bath room,toilet &internet online communications.

if you can live with the defect above...I let you get another Rm99 discount. i presume this is a great discount why not take that shot? Kill 2 birds with just a stroke!

very much shameful for the illustrated explosive sound. It is never sounds like fire-cracker but quite close, it does not affect the sound quality out of these fine combo.
Otherwise these combo almost perfect, constantly deliver engaging music pleasure.
like some said, No Naim No hifi. and I am truly convinced, sincerely I am not selling junk sticks to people only if it is Good.
And I hope people don't lowball my items as they are truly real GEM, the best ever sought after equipment. You give that shot, u rule that game. I am leaving these combo for your own good.

Naim recommend their equipments to be switched on all the time ..so should be no problem rite?
