Naim CD3.5 cd player (Sold)

For sale is a Naim CD3.5 cd player. Comes with original naim remote and din-to-din interconnect (please refer pictures). Clearing extra equipments

This CD player is upgradeable with Flatcap/Hicap/Supercap/teddyCap etc, unlike Naim CD3.

Remote is in great shape however, it lost three top button which is used to select sources for Naim preamp. All other buttons related to cd player operations including volume for preamp are all good.







Physical Condition: 7/10 (very minor blemish at cd tray (hard to see) and lost remote button, otherwise easily 8/10 overall). Playability - superb, fast loading

Unlike CD3, This CD3.5 player is upgrade-able , i've got to admit, especially with
a teddyCap , due to much lower noise floor it surely delivers much quieter presentation,Old HiCap with non-discrete type does often results in fatiguing listening sessions.
Honestly with a discrete power supplies[TeddySuperReg]either to your Pre / CDP, it is a highly rewarding marvels. Crank up the volume and hear yourself.

Quick question to the NAIM sifu's... can you use NAIM cd player as a transport if you have a good DAC? Or is NAIM meant to be a system of it's own with it's own internal built in DAC?

Only Naim CD5xs and CDX2.2 ,and CD555 can be use as CD transport.
Naim believes the internal DAC has lesser jitters issue compared to use with an external Dacs.

try nDac and be ready to soiled!
