The speaker pic in the left is woofers centre plug damaged i.e. pushed in ?

Not a big issue bro..
Use hot air blower, shower the hot air directly onto the centre dust cover[diaphragm] ,it could be easily popping out by itself.
Trust me, there are no other better ways.
Alternatively, may use sucker.-vacuum cleaner.
