Problem with Porcupine Tree - The Incident CD album
Was pleasantly surprised when my local CD store had copies of the latest Porcupine Tree album "The Incident" albeit local pressing. From my experience I believe this is the first PT album sold in Bolehland? Anyway there's a problem with the CD. There is an abrupt gap of 1 sec between every song which is fine if there is a natural pause but extremely annoying when the song is supposed to blend into the next song. From what I read in the Naim forum this is due to a bad quality pressing

Anyway to contact Warner Malaysia for a replacement? Doubt I can return to CD shop as this is really not their fault.

i was hunting for PT for some time now and hv tried Fear of The Blue Planet at Rock Corner and its sucks being locally pressed. Now planning to just order from Amazon UK for the Incident, In Absentia and Fear of The Blue Planet.

Why not you try returning the CD to the shop? It is not your fault either that the CD is behaving this way. Try first, but I doubt even if the shop is willing to accept, they will not pay your money back, maybe ask you to choose different CD.
Good luck

Thanks for the comments guys. I think I'll keep the CD and use it as paperweight. If only PT did not cost so much on Amazon
