You are not meant to delete the post. Instead, the normal procedure is to append SOLD to the Subject/Post Title, just like most of the other posts.

Try not to double-click when you submit your posts.

is sold. However I can't get the wording "SOLD" printed next to the item title/heading. Please do the needful as I presumed that it could possibly be an admin blocking on any changes to the item title/heading.

actually, since direct/indirect bumping is discourage, any other way to bring up my one month old thread? i wish others can see my thread how if try to make one bump button under the topic, that can be manually bump once a month?

Brand and model should be clearly stated in the subject title, i.e. Sansui ST-220 receiver (Used)

ps. i am here not to challenge you, i hope you can understand. i know, you want your forum being clean, being not pasar malam alike. But i do post in a very simple way tat everyone can understand very well. And almost every informations was given. What else do you need i add on and edit :?

my title, it's short and easy to understand
The pictures and informations inside, i think is already enough to let everyone understand nicely. Having enough pictures and informations inside is to let the buyers know more on it. And further more, i DON'T hype this item!
condition, i don't think 9.0 for it is overated. it's still spranking new and scratchless! Tat's why i offer COD for buyer to come to see with their eyes and test it!

I posted 2 items today, one is on Jumper Cable and another one
is on The Chord Co and Ecosse Speaker Cables. Both were deleted.

I read thru this column again to find out what I did wrong that got

Hi Klimal,

I just saw your ad. It may be due to superfluous description added on the title of your ad. I noticed the word "Special" is added after the model of the interconnect. I am not sure if the model of the interconnect is a full MCD102MkIII Special. If not, your ad might be removed again by the admin. I can understand the temptation of using "Fantastic" or "Super Cheap Bargains" etc on the title of the ads but the moderators are not too keen on this practice.

It is actually printed on the cable itself and not a term added by me.
In any case, I reposted and managed to sell it soon after.

I very confuse about my advertisement that was publish in hifi4sale has ben deleted. the add just publish a few minutes and not appear after few minutes. i advertise "Carver TFM35 power amplifier". i was try for 3 times and its was deleted. I follow all the rules set by hifi4sale but my add still not published. any eager to know why.

Reminder to all sellers in our H4S forum : you MUST obey ALL the regulations listed in the main page related to postings of items for sale. Please double check your post for any violations of these regulations if you find it missing. There will be NO EXCEPTIONS.

Some reminders : keep your title simple. No motherhood. Just the name of the item for sale and if you wish, an appendum saying whether its new, used, nos, etc. Above all, we do NOT tolerate unncessary words in the title like "5-star amplifier', 'bargain of the century', etc. Titles MUST be accurate, no such things like 'Lots of great cables for sale'. Everyone else has been working hard to obey the rules so we do not make exceptions, even for newcomers.

Your title must NOT be in all caps. Only if the actual name of the item is in caps, then only it is allowed. For e.g. check the carver website and the name there is Carver TFM-35, not CARVER TFM-35.

Other regulations applies - must have price, contact, condition. Condition must be realistic. There is a bit of subjectivity here so it is adviseable you err on the side of conservativeness. So only a brand new item in unopened box qualifies for 10/10. Any open box do not qualify. And so forth.

We will not be entertaining any more enquires about this. We get tens of enquiries everyday and we don't run this site for a living, we are using our free time to do it. So sellers have to do your part as well.
