Sound
The simplicity of this highly esteemed and emotionally involving amp reflects rightness and beauty to sound. Music flows out with ease and there is incredible space and depth with revealing nuances. Highs are delicate and airy; mids are warm and "lusty" with life-like human voice and there is sufficient bass. With space around instruments, music is indeed honoured right.
Note: above experience was upon mating with Rogers ls3/5a & ab1.
Condition
7.5/10 / no dents on chassis / original paintwork still shines
Changes
IEC sockets added and standard speaker binders fitted to 8 ohms tapping
The rest is all original.
