Wireworld Silver Electra 5² power cord Empty Re: Wireworld Silver Electra 5² power cord

Hi Alex,
Thank you for your great and prompt service. Got my Wireworld Silver Electra 5.2 power cord recently and had it connected to Cayin CDP 17A, replacing my stock cables. The soundstage expanded and sounded more airy and transparent. The highs were a tad sharper too and bass firmer. Was a good decision choosing this over the other cable. I think it is very dependent on the equipment as well since I found it sounding better with my CDP than amp (though the amp benefitted from this cable too but not as significant as my CDP.) Might consider getting another one if I can get a better price for a second cable. Thank you again and hope you don't mind me writing this on your post. WK

Any difference in sonic with 1m and 2m? I'm looking for a decent power cord for my dac. Mind tell me what is the character of Wireworld.

Wireworld's are pretty neutral sounding in my opinion but as the previous poster mentioned, they add clarity by reducing background noise and soundstage widens as a result with sweeter highs and tauter bass response.

I might try this with my pre-amp instead of amp to see if there is a difference.
