.......Back when we were in diapers,CD players with made of of solid metal cost serious money ..Inside of these vintage units were parts galore, there were serious components built to last a lifetime,good example of these were often very spartan players by modern standards...similar to CD100,101,200,202...A Life time player for a life time partner!
Naim CD 2 ,extremely rare high end ..already obselete due to high manufacturing cost and replaced by a modern mass market production idology ..Sad fact!
