Dear Mr Lee - I don't particularly appreciate your citing my change of decision to buy your item as the reason for your bumping your ad as it is quite common for buyers to have a change of mind. I did apologize most profusely to you via sms on my change of decision. If I have caused you to incur any pecuniary lost, then I am at fault, and indeed if you have, please let me know so that I can compensate for the loss. If not, then let's move on and I am sure some one else will be happy to zap up your offer. I wish you the best.

I do agree that customer did change their mind when their decision hasn't firm up, but it is not up to that stage when confirmation were made to close up the deal and fix for delivery schedule. Please, time is precious and yet no cancellation notice being serve until goods has been readily packed and waiting on board.

This could be avoided by not giving your firm confirmation while decision is yet to be conclude. Without prejudice, I assume that this kind of deal is just for securing of good whiles having a luxurious time for decision making with no other penetrating the deal.

I learned my lesson anyway. Words is cheap my friend. How you gonna to compensate my time lost? Think twice before you try to say something.
