To my understanding , it is operated in a passive mode. One AC Cap or some others mounted right in between the Live and Neutral supply,eliminate the electrical induced interference that passes it.

This is one of the hifi-gadget gain its popularity since 2003...the same technology widely found in their product Audioprism foundation series.

It is not a power conditioner,it will never be as effective and as a full scale noise eliminator.Because it is design not meant for it. However it helps a lot in the noise reduction and can be effectively use together with power conditioner.

The Quiet line can never "restict" your Amp to deliver its full scale power it is supposed to, unlike the power conditioner[trade off some of the dynamic].

Ya...i got this Quite-line too!
sure, it can catch ghost(noise) , after using it, your hifi set will have no noise but that noise will start gathering at that Quite-line(light noise)

Funny....better we build a box and seal off that quite-line, so no more noise will send off....

Yes..it is always good to have one to "catch" the noise.
Lesser Noise= Darker Brackground and better Focus...

Noise are the biggest enemy to sound, for a serious Hifi-man,this is the first step should not have been taken lightly.
