So you are the one who ask me to post the picture of my Naim 3R. and you said will buy my unit if you confirm there is 4 wire connection. Apparently, you just want the info only la. Bro, next time tell the truth I think most of the member in the forum willing to help you.

He was probably trying to re-wire the 115V Nait 3R for 230V operation.
