Technics SL-1210 Mk2 Turntable

Selling for my frd, this fantastic pre-owned turntable from Technics.
All the illumination bulbs are working fine, instant start / stop is working just fine and the pitch fader is spot-on. The Stanton 500 Mk2 cartridge is fitted with the genuine and correct Stanton stylus - which is in perfect condition.
There is one very minor problem which has no real affect on performance but is reflected in the low selling price. The arm height adjuster is not working. However - the height of the arm is exactly right. It just can’t be raised or lowered. Is this really going to bother you..?
Overall physical condition is fairly good, with a few little blemishes but nothing really nasty.
Only S$750.
