State-of-the-art DAC that retailed for USD$5k when new.

Destined to be a classic with its highly organic, analog sound. Based on an Analog Devices AD1853 DAC and Anagram Technologies' STARS upsampler, the latter which is used in some current state-of-the-art pieces (like Vitus Audio's DAC)


Comes with every digital input in the book including external clock connectivity, a full-function remote with phase invert switch, plus two volume-controlled analog inputs making it a full-featured preamp.

Recently checked out and upgraded at Octave with Black Gates in the output stage and V-Cap CuTF capacitors

I will include a pair of 6021W JAN Philips subminiature tubes. The original pair have never been changed and were recently tested by Octave to be still going strong, so these will last a lifetime.
