Looking for cartridge repair service

I bought a new Dynavector DV10X5 in May 2014 online that I thought was good value at that time. Due to work commitments I manage to fit it to my Ittok LV II only few days back. Tracking force and anti skating was set at 2.0 gm which is within the recommended 1.8 - 2.2 gm. 
Put on a record and it sounded great but horror of horrors after playing just one side of the record the cantilever became bent towards the right side of the cartridge. I've contacted the seller to ask for a replacement or refund but no response yet. Anyway I think the return period has lapsed.
Please recommend where / who in Klang valley I can go to repair / realign the cantilever.
