Krell KSL Pre-Amplifier - SOLD

The KSL Pre-amplifier from Krell Industries was designed to partner Krell's high-end high-powered amplifiers. Before the KSL, there was a general lack of quality pre-amps to drive the Krell's range of power amplifiers.  When introduced, the KSL pre-amplifer performed right into the top pre-amplifier group in the industry, and remains sought after even today.  In the views of Stereophile reviewers, the KSL pre-amplifier is close to the state of the art, not far removed from the concept of a perfect potentiometer (i.e. volume control) with gain.  Krell design philosophy mandated that the KSL has balanced interface which results in better performance, higher gain and lower noise floor levels.
