Analog set up experts unite

I would like to propose a pooling of talents and equipment out there (Klang Valley for now) to assist owners of analog equipment but do not use alignment tools or cannot contact persons who know how to set up their ie. Turntables, etc. 
While shopping for some second hand gear, I was shocked by the number of enthusiasts who set up their equipment using ‘eye ball’ methods and other fairly crude methods. 
No sense paying thousands of ringgit if you can’t get the most out of your money.
A number of enthusiasts have these tools, so how those who don’t ask for help. We should set a help table to see who needs the tools and expertise.
