Sony SCD-777ES SACD player (SOLD)

This is a single owner, pristine, blemish free unit that looks and plays perfectly. A stereophile Class A component, it was purchased from the agent Kingsley & Co in Singapore in mid 2001. Since then it has been sparingly used and kept in a smoke/child/pet free environment. This a legendary player whose reviews can be found online , on ecoustics.com...I am offering it up for sale as I wish to upgrade.
Similar players are available on Audiogon for less but those have changed hands 2-3 times.
Asking price is fair and firm at S$2,000.
