KENWOOD Snail Active Super Woofer SW-700 subwoofer (Used)

Using a single 8" woofer firing into a circular labyrinth (hence the unusual "snail shell" configuration) powered by an internal amplifier, this system is designed to add bass to systems lacking low-frequency response, such as computer speakers or compact home theatre units.

Its narrow width is intended to fit into tight areas, as the end of the labyrinth radiates rearward via a port.

Controls include selectable crossover frequencies of 60, 90, and 120 Hz
Also included is bass boost and subsonic generator (which synthesises subharmonics from the input signal similar to some DBX products).

Has back light which illuminates the wall that the sub is near, this can be switched on or off, you can also dim or brighten.
