Wharfedale is one of the oldest speaker maker in Britain. It has the history about 85 years in the market. Not many speaker manufacturers can survive in such a long time. Some old Britain speaker makers already disappear from the market (example RAM, Audiomaster, Chartwell & etc). So there must be a secret to survive and their sounds generally accepted by music lovers.

Their famous vintage speaker Denton/Linton back to 70s really create their name in the industry. Then later followed by many other different edition continue to be widely accepted by the music lovers.

Even recently, the Denton & Linton Anniversary version was selling like hot cake in the market.
