Pink Triangle Anniversary TT and PSU (s/n 153) only for sale. 


Turntable is in good cosmetic and functional condition, sapphire bearing is fine.

Tonearm and clamp not included.

The PT Anniversary turntable was conceived as a method of incorporating as many of the goals of the Pink Triangle philosophy of turntable design into a domestically acceptable product; that the turntable should not impose a 'sonic signature' onto the original recorded musical signal.

The PT Anniversary is much higher build quality, has a glass top plate and a DC motor mounted on a new composite subchassis, along with a new external power supply (AC or battery). Fans of PT will know that this is Arthur Khoubesserian's and PT's best TT.

The Pink Triangle Anniversary is clearly a quite exceptional product. Designed with the aim of faithful musical reproduction, it achieves that aim perhaps uniquely successfully, and is unhesitatingly recommended - HiFi Choice 1991.

With the SME series V arm, I know of few combinations that sound substantially better, although many sound different. It's overall balance is, for me, superb. I will be joining my friends and buying it. Is that recommendation enough? - HiFi World 1991
