Used Rega DAC-R in immaculate condition is up for sale. One of the last few units of stock of the distributor purchased brand new and owned by one single owner.
Brief description:
Rega DAC-R adopts an XMOS-based 24bit/192kHz asynchronous USB input, 2 Wolfson WM8742 DAC chips, no upsampling and outputs to discrete-transistors and powered up by good linear power supply. Stereophile rated this DAC a borderline Class A component. Many owners have also favourably praised it to be one of the most analogue sounding DAC around.
