The Cinema-X can be utilised as either a five channel power amplifier (a DVD player with an in-built decoder can be directly connected), or as a pure stereo integrated. Featuring five channels of power - each rated at 150W into 8ohms in surround mode. However, when connected to a two-channel source such as a CD-player, the Cinema-X  automatically switches itself to 2 channels/450W per channel into 8ohms, making it by far the most powerful amplifier Pathos have yet produced. The Cinema-X is the complete answer for the audiophile who wishes to have high class two channel stereo listening AND multi-channel sound, without having two separate amplifiers; and to do that without compromising on either performance or style.
