AD 815 problem. Empty AD 815 problem.

Hi,i have bought a pcb for a preamp using AD 815.recently i decided to start building it,pcb is nice well done finishing it ,now when turning the volume as from the start the sound come to full sound and one channel is low,voltage is ok,i don`t know where to look.
is the ad815 faulty?
