Sorry, ARTESUANO.
It is really hard for me to tell which classical albums I like most.
It will be easier for me if you asked about some classical works and I share with you my favorite version(s).
best regards

Hi 2A3,
I notice in your blog you have this cd entitled The Royal Ballet conducted by Ernest Ansermet. What you think about this cd & how is the sound quality.
Is this cd original or remastered.

For tonight's marathon listening -
Eric Clapton's 24 Nights (recorded live at The Royal Albert Hall London) 2CDs (Germany press 1991)
Pink Floyd - The Other Side of the Moon (US press 1992)
I used to buy my cds from Victoria Music Centre, but Rock Corner offers more selection and i'm able to find some of the older cds (but slight more expensive). Pokai teruk having this hobby.

good to have your wake-up call and to add on, if i may, i suggest to end this thread but to start a music repository based on genre!!! over a period of time, we would have a well built music repository sorted by genre rather than an archive in where everybody just plonks!!!

Leonardong, where did you get this CD ? The songs are cover versions right ? Are their interpretation different or faithful to the interpretation of the original singers ? Are the cover singers good ?

be careful of this label "ABC record" from China. This is the company involved in making fake XRCDs in the market, and illegally infringing on JVC's copyrights.
JVC slapped them with a "cease-and-desist" order a few years back.

Re: What are you listening to right now?
Hmmm....I think these were sold openly at many established well stocked hifi shop, cd store, even at numerous KLAV shows. I think many people here (not just forumers) have bought their CD's and LP albums in the past. I myself have a couple of their so called audiophile discs..Teresa albums I think.
I think these people who've already collected them surely aren't going to chuck them into the nearest river just because that label have legal issues.
My 2 sen.
